why is it called i am not a supermodel?
It’s because most of us are not supermodels. We work as teachers, lawyers, accountants…etc. We can’t wear a floor length gold dress to work! So we have to be a little more creative.
I hope to give you inspiration for your everyday wardrobe.

Amen to that! Just because we don’t work as world class supermodels, doesn’t mean we can’t be a little creative & inventive with our work wardrobes! Actually, I recently posted a feature on creating a fabulous work wardrobe so I’ve really enjoyed reading your blog!

When I read fashion mags, I am so frustrated by the lack of offerings of stylish workwear- the closest thing that comes to it is ridiculous patterned suits- excuse me, not ALL of us work in fashion, we work in respectable jobs that require smart and neutral clothes. I don’t think my male colleges would respect me too much if I turned up in a brightly coloured patterned two piece suit…
You are absolutely right! Some fashion trends are pretty ridiculous for the average working women. At the same time we don’t want to wear a boring plain grey suit everyday. I hope this blog is helpful to you :)
